Lenten Fish Fry
This Friday, February 24th from 5-8pm, Saint Andrew Parish will host the first Lenten Fish Fry. We are partnering with New England Seafood Company to supply our fish dinners. It’s shaping up to be a great community event for Saint Andrew, but we need your help to make it a success!
The Fish Fry will be promoted to our parishioners and school families as well as in our neighboring parishes bulletins and throughout the surrounding neighborhoods. Everyone is welcome! Please invite your friends and family to come out and join the fun!
And, of course we will need volunteers! We will be looking for help with set up, fry cooks, greeters, soda sellers, money takers and clean up. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Julie Richards at 773-525-3016 or julierichards@saintandrewchicago.com.
Spread the word, please volunteer and come out for a good fish dinner!
Scholastic Book Fair
Our book fair last week was a big success exceeding last year’s sales with many students coming back to school with new books to read. A very big “Thank you” to all our volunteers especially chairs Marit McCausland, Sharon Jones, Tina Woods and Chrissy Schwarz. The money raised by this event will provide our school with new books, materials and equipment.
