WTG Logos 2015Cycle, Sculpt & Sip

Calling all Power Sculpt Fitness fans! Need to get your bootie ready for Spring Break? Join us for a killer workout at Power Sculpt Fitness! St. Andrew’s own, Kelli Palm, will lead us through one of her signature cycle classes. Then, get ready for more, as we move into the studio for a bootcamp style workout. After that, we’re heading to 404 wine bar for, what else, wine and appetizers! Come on, you earned it!

Moving Day at the Masters

Dust off your green jackets and put on your golf attire. The John Dalys and Arnold Palmers will be flowing at Roscoe Village Pub as you and your friends watch the score board change on Moving Day at the Masters with the latest updates from Augusta. Who will make the cut to Sunday’s final round? Will Jordan Spieth win the green jacket again? You don’t have to worry about reserving your chair at a good hole. Come cheer on your favorites and learn a few new things about golf and the traditions of the Masters. Food and drinks will be provided. Cell phones and cameras are allowed.

Build a Doodle

Kids will get to doodle (“architect”) a design of whatever they want to build using various materials including lumber, recycled cans/bottles/jars/tiles, craft items, and even collected materials from nature! Yes, we’ll have them collect some branches, twigs, and leaves if that is part of their design during our inspirational stroll! “Master Carpenters” will be on hand to help the little builders make their dream a reality.

Burn Your Way to Cocktails

Relish the burn during a 60 minute private barre class at The Dailey Method Bucktown. Enjoy mingling, cocktailing and shopping post workout at TDM with a Beautycounter trunk show. Each person will receive a pass for 3 additional classes.

Macaron Madness

Learn the classic technique behind the delicious french macaron. Macarons are nut meal meringue cookies that are filled with decadent buttercreams, ganaches, curds or jams. These cookies are a staple in Parisian Patisseries! Chef Maggie of Velvet Dessert will walk you through the steps of making macaron batter, macronage, piping, baking and filling the macarons. Wine, prosecco / champagne and appetizers to be served.

Daddy Daughter Dance

Another year, another mystery. Come play your part in the conundrum wrapped in an enigma riddled with secrets that could only be … Murder on Marshfield. This party will kill you… literally. Each guest will receive a part to play while trying to solve the mysterious demise of one of their fellow guests. Dinner and drinks start promptly at seven with dessert and a dab of death to follow.

Nama-Stay for Brunch

Come for the yoga class taught by a Core Power yoga teacher and stay for brunch! We will start the yoga class at 9 AM outside and then move to mimosas and brunch in the Mewborn home in Lincoln Square.

Saint Andrew “Pray and Play” Brunch in the Woods

What is Pray and Play? It’s your opportunity to come to the great outdoors and join your fellow Saint Andrew families for breakfast and other fun activities in the Edgebrook Woods Forest Preserve. Father Sergio will be saying Mass for those in attendance at 10:00 AM with hot breakfast to follow. There will be plenty of kids’ games and activities. Adult beverages will be available, including Bloody Marys concocted by our very own Sir Martin (Mixalot) Cervenka.
