Drama club is intended for students in grades 6-8 who are interested in theater. Students will learn improvisation, basic acting techniques and vocal skills. They will also learn behind-the-scenes skills such as set and costume design. Students will perform a musical production in the Spring.

Rainbows for All God’s Children
Rainbows is a program organized by the Archdiocese to aid children whose parents have separated or divorced, as well as students who have suffered the loss of a parent or close loved one. This program is run by trained facilitators made up of teachers and parent volunteers. It meets during lunch periods on scheduled days each month.
Student Council (Grades 5 – 8)
There are eight elected positions held by 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. These eight positions are elected by the students in grades 5-8. Students need to have a C average (based on 2nd trimester) and obtain parent, principal or assistant principal and teacher signatures to be eligible to run.
Saint Andrew Extras
Saint Andrew Extras are programs offered by our teaching staff as well as by outside entities. Information is distributed early in the school year. Art Club, Chess Club, Reading Club, Debate, Karate and Dance have been part of our program. There is a fee associated with Saint Andrew Extras.

Probation and Suspension from Extra-Curricular Activities
Students who receive a U on a grading report (Progress Report or Report Card) in any subject will be placed on probation from extra-curricular activities. Two consecutive U’s, no matter the subject, on a grading report (Progress Report or Report Card) places the student on suspension from extracurricular activities. Suspension and probation are lifted when the next grading report (Progress Report or Report Card) indicates that the student is passing all subjects. Students may be place on suspension for failing to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with behavior expectations of a Saint Andrew Student.
