The Saint Andrew School Board consists of school parents who are very committed and resourceful people. They meet once a month, working to align Saint Andrew School practices with the mission and goals of the Genesis Plan. The Genesis Plan is the Archdiocesan Strategic Plan for Catholic Schools. The school board also works to increase parent involvement in the school and in marketing the school to the community.

Aimee Brown, an educator and mother of six, including four children attending Saint Andrew, is in the third year of a second three-year term on the board. Brown, currently raising her children, has taught secondary education at DuSable, Hancock and Harper schools. She is a graduate of DePaul University. Her husband Donny is executive director emeritus of Biddy Basketball. Their children are in fifth, fourth, first, and Junior Kindergarten. Her term expires in June of 2012.

Paul Bryar, a physician and medical school professor who has two daughters attending Saint Andrew, is in the second year of a term he is completing on the board. Bryar is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University. Paul is a graduate of Georgetown University. Prior to medical training, he taught high school at a Catholic school in Virginia. He is married to Jennifer McHale-Bryar, a long-time Saint Andrew parishioner and volunteer. Their daughters are in sixth and fourth grades. His term expires in June of 2012.

Jen Cleland, a commercial real estate executive and mother of two children at Saint Andrew, is in the second year of a three-year term on the board. She works for Pritzker Realty Group, L.P. and is a graduate of Boston College. She is married to Tom. They have a son in fifth grade and a daughter in third grade. Her term expires in June 2013.

Mike Frank, a residential realtor and father of three, is in the second year of a three-year term on the board. Currently a Realtor on Chicago’s North Side for Keller Williams Realty in Lincoln Park, Mike also worked as a management consultant for 10 years with Anderson Consulting and DMA Consulting. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign. He is married to Michelle, a St. Andrew volunteer, room Mom and member of the school Admissions Committee. Their children are in fourth grade and first grade. His term expires in June 2013.

James F. Hoffman is a senior executive vice president and general counsel of a Chicago-based real estate investment trust and father of three children at Saint Andrew, and is in the second year of a three-year term on the board. A graduate of the Catholic grade school system, Jim received his law degree from Harvard Law School and a B.S. degree in Finance from The University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Jim is married to Maria. They are parents of a 2011 St. Andrew graduate and have children in fourth grade and first grade. His term expires in 2013.

Mike Hudson, a sales executive in the investment banking industry and father of three including two children attending Saint Andrew, is in the first year of a second three-year term on the board. Hudson works in equity portfolio sales at Morgan Stanley. He graduated from University of Notre Dame. He is married to Colette, a Saint Andrew volunteer and room parent for four years. They have children in third grade, Junior Kindergarten and preschool. His term expires in June of 2014.

Jim Ingraffia, a sales professional of promotional products who has two sons attending St. Andrew, is in his second of a three-year term on the board. He is a graduate of St. Andrew, Gordon Tech High School and the University of Dubuque with a double major in Flight Operations and Aviation Management. He is married to Molly. Their children are in third grade, and Kindergarten. His term expires in June, 2013.

Cynthia McIntyre, a marketing executive, is in the first year of the three-year term on the board. McIntyre is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for CareerBuilder.com where she leads the company’s branding, advertising, public relations, content, social media, creative services, email and diversity marketing channels. She is a graduate of Purdue University and received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. She is married to Matt, a freelance Art/Creative Director and St. Andrew volunteer. They have a daughter in kindergarten at St. Andrew. Her term expires in June 2014.

Allison Radecki, a technology executive and mother of three children at Saint Andrew, is in the third year of a three-year term on the board. She most recently was the senior vice president and chief information officer at GS1 US. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is married to Steve. They have a daughter in third grade, a daughter in first grade and another daughter in pre-K. Her term expires in June 2012.

Liz Vincent, an attorney and mother of three, including two children attending St. Andrew, is in the first of a three-year term on the board. Vincent, currently raising her children, has worked as a policy analyst for the City of Chicago and an education attorney for a small school law firm. Liz received her law degree and B.A. degree from Northwestern University and is currently finishing up a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern. She is married to Brent, a long-time St. Andrew volunteer and co-chair of the St. Andrew golf outing. Their sons are in second grade and kindergarten. Her term expires in June 2014.
